The machines are uniquely built for weaving multi-ply high density webs in most yarns, including the conventional synthetics as well as ceramic, glass, asbestos, aramidic (Kevlar, Nomex), carbon-fiber, P.A.N. and of course the natural fibers such as cotton and jute.

M SERIES
The M series weaving looms are the latest in terms of research and development for their renewed mechanical construction and textile geometries.
Metag engineers designed and developed the machine with one specific goal: make the weaving experience simple and easy.
To achieve this result, the machine is equipped with standard accessories such as the electronic drive of the take-off unit, positive feeder with electronic control for the weft yarns, main motor with jog facility and speed regulation.
The new construction and layout allow the loom to maintain unchanged the essential traditional construction and solidity characteristics of Metag looms for the production of high-speed ribbons operating both with conventional yarns and with any technical fibres.
The M series frames remain compact in size for greater ease of positioning and use, ensuring easy use and limited expected maintenance.
M SERIES “END-USES
The applications of products woven with Metag weaving looms are very broad and extensive in every sector.
The looms are suitable for the production of industrial, military or high-tech application tapes/belts both with conventional yarns and with any technical fibres.

TML SERIES
TML is the latest model of Metag’s high-speed TM series loom.
New features enable heavier constructions and wider weaving widths all in a mid-sized loom. TML is suitable for heavy multi-ply webbings using latch-needle selvedge bindings. TML products include sling web, tiedowns and commodity webbing products where high-speed production is a must.
The Metag TML series looms are easy to set-up, simple to operate and require little regular maintenance.
The TML Series is available with single or double weaving heads.
M SERIES “END-USES
Final applications of fabrics woven on our machinery are endless and very comprehensive.
The weaving machinery, both Bobbin or Latch-Needle types, are suitable for the weaving of industrial fabrics, military webbings, high-tech fabrics and the conventional fabrics which cannot be woven on a traditional weaving machine.
TRXA SERIES
Weaving is by far one of the most flexible, convenient and added value technologies for the yarn-to-fabric process.
TRXA series keep the essential features of the TRX series with the main difference of the use of the latch needle selvedge binding which allow it to operate with all of the weaving system available with or without the catch-thread yarn.
The use of the latch-needle system allows the machine to run with a higher weaving speed compared to the TRX series. Latch-needle system does not preclude the possibility and capacity of the production and work from the most common up to the most advanced yarn type permitting to produce solid woven unrealised on the traditional weaving machinery.
TRXA series are indicated for the production also of heavy duty, multilayer fabrics which require the latch-needle technology standard. All TRXA models are available also with the newest generation of STAUBLI® S-3000 series which increase the versatility of the machine by using programming software. Some of the advantages are the endless of the pick-repeat on the pattern drawing and the increased number of heald frames compared to the standard version.
