KNOTMASTER:WARP TYING MACHINE
KnotMasters from Groz-Beckert are powerful tying machines boasting the latest in technology and ease of use for different applications and different types of yarn, including cotton, synthetic, and spandex. Customers benefit from rapid warp changes and reduced idle times, i.e. economical weaving preparation.
The unique modular system behind Knotex tying machines from Groz-Beckert enables rapid and problem-free exchange of individual components. Despite the numerous performance features - e.g. the four tying methods, single and double ties, short tie ends, yarn break detector or the adaptive speed control OptimalSpeed® - these machines are especially easy to handle and maintain. All the functions are logically designed, and the control keys optimally positioned. The removable tying unit enables daily cleaning by means of compressed air.
DRAWING – IN WARPMASTER

The efficient Groz-Beckert concept has significantly optimized the drawing-in process. The established WarpMaster and the new WarpMasterPlus – complemented by the corresponding accessories – are efficient alternatives to manual drawing-in.

The WarpMaster is a microprocessor-controlled and fully automatic drawing-in machine utilizing integrated, powerful step motors, electromagnets, and sensors.
The yarn is supplied from a single bobbin for drawing though drop wire, heald and reed. This effective drawing-in concept does not depend on a warp beam, thus providing high production flexibility.
The WarpMaster is operated with a modern computer with touch screen. The monitor supports operators by using videos to display necessary work steps and facilitate easy and intuitive operation.
The WarpMaster also boasts low space requirements – for both the machine and the weaving harness.
