AIRO 24
Available with different production capacity, in SINGLE, DUETTO, TANDEM, and TRIPLEX versions, in partnership with the different sizes of AIRBOX, in line with squeezing and finishing padders, or following an AQUARIA washing range, AIRO 24 can satisfy every production need.

AIRO 24 can be fitted with a set of accessories, such as the STEAMING set at fabric entry, or the patented H-SHUTTER device that independently varies the width of each end of the treatment channel, increasing the performances and offering extreme flexibility for special applications.

In addition, the quick-threading MULTI-PANEL configuration with easy switch from one to two or three panels of fabric, and the TWIN-TUBLULAR configuration, allow to fully exploit the processing power of the machine.
AIRBOX
AIRBOX is a continuous, compact and efficient open-width drying unit, patented by Biancalani, designed to work either as integrated pre-dryer for AIRO 24, or as a stand-alone system, which can be connected in line with other machines or used as independent dryer. The AIRBOX pre-dryer can considerably increase the productivity of any drying or tumbling line, while as stand-alone unit it offers an extremely favorable ratio between evaporation capacity and footprint size.

Biancalani AQUARIA, the innovative open-width continuous tumble washing range for any kind of textile wet treatment. The one and only washing system which concurrently offers extended and adjustable dwell times together with effective mechanical action, in a safe open-width process.
