SERVICE ORGANIZATION
Technical Field Service: Each service engineer specializes in one or more of the products represented by Symtech and is assigned to a job based strictly on his expertise. With such a large pool of service engineers, SYMTECH can shift staff as product lines demand. By doing so, SYMTECH's staff becomes more versatile which ensures customers the best service possible. The after-sales service department consists of highly trained staff to install, troubleshoot, and repair the products of SYMTECH’s manufacturers. Also, specialists are available to troubleshoot textile technological and process problems plus computer and microprocessor systems.
Electronic Workshop: To fulfill all promises to provide full service to the customers, SYMTECH also has an electronic workshop with a full-time staff for electronic board repairs.
Spare Parts Service: With the manufacturer's guidance, SYMTECH stocks all parts required to provide excellent service to the customers. This includes the normal consumables as well as those items critical to the continuous operation of the product. This inventory is continually reviewed to ensure the proper stock is maintained. SYMTECH has a central after-sales service department with a service manager who is responsible for all field service, electronic repairs, and spare parts service. This allows the customer to talk with someone in authority to always ensure a quick response.
